The Weaving Mill Smock Dress: Binary Edition is a midweight and versatile multi-season dress. Comfortable, flattering and excellent for layering, this dress is woven with a blend of multiple textures of cotton, tencel and rayon yarns in a satisfying and understated grid pattern. It comes in 3 color combinations: mostly black, mostly white, and a mix of the two. We’re calling it the Binary Edition in humble homage to the binary code of weave drafting, in which black and white squares are used to represent the interlacement patterns of woven fabric.*

The dress features hidden side-seam pockets, contrast neck & armhole binding and a gently gathered waist. Bike-tested, this is truly an excellent dress.

Machine wash and dry or handwash and hang in the sun (your dress will thank you for it)
